In order to serve foreign customers better and to provide customers with professional technical support, we established a branch company named SAFTTY ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITITED in Guangzhou. The logo is SAFTTY which is the variants of word SAFETY representing SAFETY TECHNOLOGY. Our goal is to provide total solution of overheat and over-current protection to customers. Meanwhile, SAFTTY also represents providing safe products to customers, providing secure working envorinment to staffs, and providing steady investment return to shareholders.
We specialize in the R&D, production and distribution of thermal protectors, thermostat, with wide application in Ni-MH/Ni-Cd battery packs, motors ,pumps, ballasts, transformers, coil, winding, portable power tools,electric heating appliances, home appliances. We have engineers with more than 20 years R&D experience, and managers with 10 years experience in the manufacturing and marketing.
We have developed and distributed many series TB02,TB05,TP1,TP2, 17AME,6APE,TS05,RS9700,JUC-31F etc.which can be the replacement of MM,17AM,6AP of SENSATA, V&Va of PEPI; T11&T21 of Microtherm, ST22 of SEKI. Our protectors characterized by 3 advantages: 1) compact structure (the smallest model in the world), with the regular size 15.0×5.4×2.4mm, easy for installation; 2) the operating temperature as low as 30℃, close to ambient temperature. 3) Maximal working current is 250V AC 18A.
Our factory is located in the Industrial Park with an area of 40000 square meter. Its first-stage factory taking nearly 9,000sq.m., is equipped with 2 production lines annually capable of 24,000,000 pcs, energy-storage spot welders, computer-based automatic test system, computer-aided wire stripping machine, high-speed punch presses and drying ovens, with OEM business available to overseas. We are paying special attention to strict control of product quality. The constant-temperature shaping of bimetallic elements in core products is all completed in house. Monthly quality control training can strengthen workers’ quality awareness.
Our Extra Service:
1. Logistics Service. We have contracts with TNT, FedEx,UPS and some forwarders, which can offer you door to door service. The cost based on “freight prepaid” is 30~50% lower than the cost based on “freight collect”. Most of the cargos are transferred from H.K . We do this to cut down the cost of the shipment for our customers and make their goods more competitive in price.
2. Providing all kinds of Accessories. Leadwire with additional length, connectors, terminals, brackets for easy mounting etc. are available for our thermal protectors. We have complete supply chain and even prepare stocks of many kinds of materials such as electric wire, silicone rubber wire, teflon wire, AMP & Molex teminals and connectors from Taiwan or Mainland,and so on. Customization is our strong point.
3. Total solution of Overheat. We have good business relationship with near 30 manufacturers specializing in thermal protector, thermal cutoff, thermostat, resetable fuse, thermal sensor. Some of them authorize us as their sole agent in the world market, some of them OEM for us. Some of them are our distributors in domestic market. We can offer our customers total solution to overheat and purchase various kinds of products for thermal control for our customers. Moreover, we offer inspection service to make sure the quality for our customers’ imports.
